Welcome to Alchemist Toyota

Coplin in the service department was an absolute delight to work with. He explained all of the services very well and was willing to work with my budget. Also, waiting at the dealership was not bad. They have coffee and water available for free as well as a kids’ play area and movies playing on the TVs. Services were also very fast.

We had such a wonderful experience with Jhan Vazquez. I had called ahead of time to ask about a certain vehicle. Not only did they have the vehicle Mr. Jhan had read up on all the features safety and luxury. He bought ahead the vehicle out waiting for us. It is super HOT right now in Texas and we were so lucky that he didn’t have us walking all over the lot. Needless to say we purchased the Venza and I Love it!

Alan Gonzalez was amazing. He went above and beyond to try to find us our dream vehicle and work with his management on pricing. I would recommend him for any buyers who want a positive, easy, joyful experience.

We had a great experience working with Gabe at Shottenkirk Toyota San Antonio! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. Most importantly, Gabe is a man of his word. Everything he told us and promised us, he followed through on, which we truly appreciated. Although we weren’t happy with several misunderstandings during the process, they were not due to Gabe. He communicated clearly, did what he said he would do, and continued to help us throughout the experience. He took the time to answer all of our questions, never made us feel pressured, and worked with us to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase. Gabe was honest, straightforward, and truly went above and beyond for us. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Gabe. It’s hard to find a salesman who genuinely keeps his word and makes sure his customers are taken care of. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and our new Toyota. Definitely 5 stars!

Fantastic service! Leo helped me find my dream car! Everyone was super helpful, understanding and maybe the entire process amazing!! I definitely will be back for future vehicles!

Shawn was amazing to work with! He helped me get my Camry and recently helped me with my Kia as well. He was patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my vehicle. I really appreciate all his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great salesman!

Damian Salazar is the original salesman I had reached out to and was excellent keeping in touch even when i could only txt due to work. He kept me informed and was honest. After showing up an hour early he didn’t make us wait he instead referred another salesman who would take care of my wife and I. Taylor Gunnels was then introduced and was great! Not pushy or aggressive but very relaxed and honest . We gave them a price range for the vehicle and payment and they stuck to it. He worked with us on the truck we wanted and they treated us extremely well. I will definitely buy vehicles from them in the future.

I had a toyota camry se 2018, I absolutely loved my camry but I was having body work that needed fixing. I'm a busy single mom trying to balance school and work. I wanted to trade my car in and was limited in time. Andres Martinez was my sales advisor and I'm so grateful for his hard work! Im now in a 2024 camry xse and couldn't be happier! I'll always stay with toyota they have the best vehicle's and and are so reliable to drive in. I now have the car if my dreams thank you Mr. Martinez for working with me.

Jorge was amazing I definitely recommend him. Unfortunately, the finance guy wouldn't remove the extra unwanted "upgrades" and "VIP Package" so not only did Jorge waste his time and missed this sale, my family also wasted their time. An extra $10k for something we won't use and don't want is a bit much considering the vehicle was about market price.

Alan Fernandez provided a 5-star experience! He was quick, straight to the point, and had a genuinely helpful attitude that made the entire car buying process easy and stress free. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great salesman.

I had the pleasure of working with salesperson named Alan Fernandez at Shottenkirk Toyota on my 2026 Toyota Corolla GR Four. He went out of his way to help me out getting everything I need for a smooth transaction. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This place has many types of cars, all in amazing shape. I just got my first car here two days ago. Jhan Vazquez, my salesman, was extremely helpful in finding the perfect fit for me. He found a car within my budget with all the features I wanted!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience working with Davin! He was extremely helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right vehicle for our family. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions. We truly appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and dedication to making sure we were happy with our purchase. If you’re looking for a car salesman who actually cares about his customers and wants to help you find the right vehicle, I highly recommend Davin! We are so grateful for all his help and absolutely love our new car. Thank you, Davin! 😊🚙❤️

Andrew and Jhan are knowledgeable professionals! They were incredibly helpful and took their time with me. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I have never actually been to this dealer. I bought my Tacoma online. My salesman, Patrick Wallace, went above & beyond to make it happen! He handled every little snag that I encountered. Very communicative with calls & texts. Overall a very positive experience.

Excellent experience With Alan and the team as always!

Best car shopping experience with Salesman Justin Jensen, Manager Mike Leal and Finance Manager Luis Gomez!

I had a fantastic experience buying my new Lexus, thanks to Alan Fernandez! From the moment I walked on to the lot, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. There was zero high pressure sales tactics. Alan listened closely to what I needed, answered every question honestly, and worked hard to get me a great deal! The whole process was smooth, transparent, and fast. I love my new car and highly recommend Alan to anyone looking for a stress-free buying experience!

I had an outstanding experience working with my Toyota salesperson Alan Fernández . He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. It’s clear that he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota and a great car-buying experience. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Last year, my experience was not great (detailed below). Today, I gave them another chance. Nathaniel was my salesman, and he was fantastic! Pierce was my service manager (for a service issue with a different Toyota), and he did all he could. Five stars for both of them! *** Called in, confirmed the vehicle I saw online was available but we needed to "act fast." Came in ten minutes later and the price had been marked up by over $5k. Won't be dealing with these people.
